Aalim Payne is a lifelong athlete and dedicated football coach with over two decades of experience developing young talent. Having played football up to the university level, Aalim brings a deep understanding of the game, both technically and mentally. His passion lies in helping athletes unlock their potential, build confidence, and elevate their performance on and off the field.

With more than 20 years of coaching experience, Aalim has mentored athletes at multiple levels and across various sports, always focusing on discipline, growth, and character. His commitment extends beyond athletics, he is devoted to supporting his community and creating positive opportunities for youth to succeed.

Driven, supportive, and purpose-focused, Aalim Payne continues to inspire the next generation of athletes through his leadership, experience, and genuine love for the game.


Coach Corey Williams, C-Dub Elite Fit

Corey Williams — "C-Dub" / "Coach Dub"

Certified Personal Trainer & Strength and Conditioning Coach

Corey Williams, also known as "C-Dub" or "Coach Dub", is a certified trainer, strength and conditioning coach and former football player with over 14 years of competitive experience at the Canadian university and collegiate levels.

He is a graduate of Bishop’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Studies and a concentration in Athletic Development. Along with his academic background, Corey holds certifications in elite-level performance training, personal training and strength and conditioning.

Drawing from both his U Sports playing career and his coaching experience, Corey designs programs that develop athletes through strength training, plyometrics, explosiveness and other advanced methods. He tailors training to each athlete’s sport and goals, with a clear focus on improving performance on the field, court or in the gym.

Beyond sport-specific work, Corey also helps adults and everyday clients build strength, lose weight and create sustainable fitness habits. His coaching style is direct, supportive and detail-focused, with an emphasis on proper technique, mindset and long-term health.
